Saipua Cedarwood Soap

Earthy, invigorating soap with a grounding aroma of warm and woody cedarwood. This wood was burned by the Greeks and Romans to fragrance the air. The many benefits of cedar wood oil have been used for centuries to promote vitality and calm the mind.

Ingredients: Saponified oils of olive, coconut, and castor. Shea butter and essential oils.

Saipua means “soap” in Finnish. It is also the creative home of artist and educator Sarah Ryhanen and her collaborative network. Established in Brooklyn, NY, in 2006, Saipua is devoted to the dual crafts of flower arranging and soap-making. Now located in Upstate, New York, all soaps are hand-crafted at The Farm at World's End, a space where Sarah cultivates experiences and programs that "foster and enourage more intimate and provocative connections to the natural world."
