We ship orders within 2 business days; we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. UPS is our carrier, with Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Overnight Services all available at checkout. The shipping rate for each order is calculated automatically by a shipping carrier (UPS in your case) based on distance, weight, and size of the order. The system automatically checks your business address, customer's address and order information. Then it sends it to the carrier server and gets the real shipping cost from the UPS. And then it shows it to the customer. So the customers will see real-time rates at checkout.
Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. This may change during peak times. INNESS is not responsible for service transit times. All ground orders are shipped via UPS. At this present time, we only ship domestically, within the US. We do not ship internationally.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on select items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be postmarked by the 14th day to be eligible for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
All items must be in new, unused condition with any tags still attached and packing intact. Returns that are damaged, altered, or showing any signs of wear may not be accepted and a Restocking Fee may apply.
Customers may choose to mark their shipment as 'Signature Required' to ensure successful delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to track their order and be present at time of delivery. If the customer is not present to sign for the package, UPS may return the package to the sender. INNESS is not responsible for the replacement of lost or stolen packages.
INNESS requires that all shipments be inspected and approved within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise by the customer to alert INNESS of any shipping damages or discrepancies within that time frame. INNESS will not be held responsible for any damages or discrepancies after the 2-business day time period. INNESS is not responsible for any damages that occur while in the care of a warehouse or storage facility or additional transit thereafter.
Sales tax. We collect 8% local sales tax on orders shipped in New York.
Please notify us via email at farmshop@inness.co with your name and order number if you wish to return any portion of your order. Customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are using your own shipping method to return an item to us, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
