We want you to be pleased with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on select items within 5 days of customer receipt date as recorded by shipment tracking. Please notify us via email at farmshop@inness.co with your name and order number. Return requests for purchases must be made and shipped or returned to the store within this five (5) day period to be eligible for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
All items must be in their original packaging and condition. To return merchandise, first contact farmshop@inness.co.
Once items are received by INNESS, refunds are credited to the original form of payment.
The following are not eligible for return and are final sale:
• Hats
• Bandanas/scarves
• Pantry and food items
Customers are responsible for any shipping costs for returns and exchanges. INNESS does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to INNESS.
Merchandise may also be returned in person at the INNESS Farm Shop.
